Privacy questions
Use the same email for privacy requests or questions about this website. We do not receive your room map or measurements unless you choose to send them.
Before reporting a measurement issue
- Check that the iPhone is connected to the Wi-Fi you want to measure.
- Check camera and local-network permissions in iPhone Settings. Location permission is optional and only enables the Wi-Fi name.
- Use a well-lit room, wait for AR tracking and stand still for about two seconds at each point.
- If there are no router replies, ping may be blocked. No reply by itself does not prove weak reception.
Wi-Fi 3D does not run internet download-speed tests, scan neighboring networks or measure cellular coverage. Measurements are indicative and remain in the current session.
