1. Scope and licence

Use Wi-Fi 3D in accordance with these terms, Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's agreement governs the scope of the software licence. If these terms conflict with that agreement about the licence, Apple's agreement prevails, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

2. What the app does

Wi-Fi 3D uses the camera and ARKit to place connection-quality markers at the iPhone's relative positions during a room survey. It measures response time and unanswered requests to the current Wi-Fi gateway. On iOS 26 or later, it also uses the system's connection-quality estimate when available.

The app requires an ARKit-compatible iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Camera access is needed for AR; local-network access is needed for router measurements. Optional location permission can allow the Wi-Fi name to be shown. Results depend on the device, operating system, router behaviour, permissions and AR tracking conditions.

3. Measurements are indicative

• The app does not measure radio signal strength, perform an internet download-speed test or certify network coverage.
• It measures the current Wi-Fi connection only. It does not scan other networks or map cellular coverage.
• Colours are estimates based on available observations. They do not identify the cause of a connection problem. A router may block or limit ICMP replies, so unanswered requests do not by themselves prove poor Wi-Fi reception.
• AR markers can drift, and tracking can be interrupted. They are not surveyed building coordinates or a professional floor plan.
• Markers exist only in the current session and can be cleared by a reset, network change, tracking failure or process termination. Do not rely on them as a permanent record.

Use appropriate independent checks before making decisions that require reliable connectivity. The app is not a professional network survey, safety system or guarantee that a call, transfer or other service will work.

4. Lawful and safe use

Use the app only on networks you own or are authorised to use and test. Follow the network operator's rules. Do not use it to bypass access controls, interfere with a network or infringe anyone else's rights.

Pay attention to your surroundings. Stop and look away from the screen before crossing obstacles, stairs, doors or busy areas. Do not use the app while driving or when looking at the screen could endanger you or others. Keep the phone still while taking a measurement and move only when it is safe.

5. Price, availability and changes

The current release is free and has no in-app purchases or advertising. This does not promise permanent availability, future features, future pricing or compatibility with every network or future operating-system version.

We may change or discontinue features. Any future paid offer, if introduced, will have its own disclosed price and applicable terms; using this free release does not authorise a future charge.

6. Warranties, liability and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its estimates are provided as available, without an additional promise of accuracy, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple's Standard EULA also apply where valid.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These additional terms do not impose a separate financial liability cap or require disputes to be brought in a particular country or court.

7. Changes and contact

Updated product-use terms will carry a new effective date and apply prospectively. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen or replace any notice or consent required by law. If you do not wish to use the app under the applicable terms, you can stop using it and remove it from your device.
